Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker / General Labour

Location: Downsview, Ontario. North York, Ontario. Close by the major intersection of Keele & Finch Ave.

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Assignment Information

We are looking for Warehouse Order Pickers in North York (Downsview) for an automotive parts warehouse. This company is a busy distribution center, and we are looking for associates able to work in a fast-paced setting, stand on their feet for most of the shift, and move through the warehouse picking orders and getting them prepared to be shipped.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and work on your feet for the shift.

• Attention to detail for Order Accuracy is a MUST.

• Follow instructions as to the location and quantity of the order.

• Follows all company rules and policies.

• Keep the work area clear of debris and dirt.

• Pack and prepare the order to be shipped out.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Driver’s License (preferred)

• Criminal Background Check

• Should be organized, detailed, and accurate.

• Ability to take direction in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to work well with others job applicants

• Previous Warehouse experience as an asset.

• Good English skills. Both written and verbal communication skills

• General Labourers’ Ability to pay attention to detail.

• Use of 5-step ladders.

• Lifting between 20lbs – 50lbs, depending on the items in each order.
