We are looking for Shipping/Receiving Admin Clerk for Burlington location. Candidate should be able to
-Coordinate and schedule outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
-Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
-Generate and distribute shipping, receiving, and inventory reports.
-Communicate with various departments, vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or related field preferred.
-At least 2 years experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics administration.
-Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
-Proficiency in inventory management systems.
-Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
-Counter Balance Propane forklift experience would be an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise & dust levels.
Occasional overtime may be required.
