We are seeking a full-time dedicated handyman to join our team in Stouffville, Ontario, where they will carry out maintenance duties for residential buildings. This position is ideal for a semi-retired individual looking for a rewarding opportunity with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to ensure smooth operation of the buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly to maintain a high standard of living for residents.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks effectively to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate maintenance activities to ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance.
• Strong technical skills across various trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability for flexible hours.
