Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the company.

Oversee all operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of property assets.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the company’s market position and profitability.

Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Collaborate with senior management to set business goals and objectives.

3. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures as needed. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Develop and implement client retention and acquisition strategies. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

5. Operations Management: Oversee property management activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully operational. Manage contracts with service providers and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

6. Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Fluent English and Mandarin.

Extensive experience in property asset management or a related industry.

Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
